Racket is good. Nice for practicing strokes. Wish there was more variety with lessons and teachers. Will keep playing with the system- but fear the novelty will wear off soon.

Mostly positive experience. The activities were engaging. There were some more recent videos were you can hear a lot of background noise. Possible other instructors filming. That was distracting to my son.

The idea is great but unfortunately the app (which we've tried in 4 different devices) freezes regularly. It's hard to make it through a class successfully, which defeats the entire purpose of the product. My tennis-loving 10yo really enjoys it on the rare time it works or doesn't freeze until the very end. (The freezing issue isn't as bad with the soccer or basketball.)

A fun, interactive way to get players to do more drills during off and on season. I have an 8 and 10 YO sons who are not huge soccer buffs. With DU, I can get them to do 15 minute drills following the video instructions on their own time. More touches is always better and they are slowly showing improvements.
I took away one star since the drills are great, but there is no way to focus one one movement with focus. The app does a great job of getting the players to move, but my 8 YO needed more explanation about what is going on with the ball and how he should move it. Once I walked him through those, he was showing improvements. The drills go fast and have multiple movements and once he got one movement down, the next drill starts and he forgot the first movement. It would be nice to have a lower level where the basic movements were practiced longer or the number of drills were decreased per session. I am sure over time, he will get it. We will keep redoing those drills.

Ordered the Racket and stand for my son for Christmas. Racket delivered but stand was sent in separate boxes for some reason and the label was incorrect and returned. Reached out to your customer service who realized the error but said can only reorder w standard shipping so I will not receive in time for christmas. This was today so plenty of time if shipped priority today. You refused to do so. Verry dissapointed in the customer service. I bought the soccer ball and tennis racket w 2 stands. No ph support is concerning. John

The racket is great... but the drills are really for people with more of a tennis background than my 5yo. Footwork drills are good, but not helpful for learning strokes etc.

Great idea! Since 2020 we have all been semi Stuck. This gives us the movement and training much needed, in our own environment. This is a Christmas gift and my little cousin won't see it until then. All she asked for, for Christmas was a tennis racket... this will prepare for the real tennis courts.
