DribbleUp, Inc. ("Dribbleup", "we", or "our") may offer free physical or digital incentives that coaches can get with the purchase of a Dribbleup Smart Basketball or Smart Soccerball and Membership, as part of our Coach Starter Pack Promotion (the "Promotion"). Incentives may include access to a Dribbleup for Teams dashboard, a free Dribbleup product and other digital incentives.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and by any changes or modifications to the Terms that we may make. You should frequently review these Terms at dribbleup.com/about/legal/starterpack.
In order to obtain the Promotion, coaches must purchase a Dribbleup Smart Basketball or Smart Soccerball, subscribe to the Dribbleup Membership and successfully complete the submission form, which includes uploading a player list.
Incentives have no cash value, are non-transferable and coaches have no property rights in or to free gift benefits. Free incentives cannot be exchanged or returned for other benefits, another product or service or a monetary refund. The free gifts available through this Promotion are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you receive. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of our Terms.
Dribbleup, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Terms, and/or the Promotion or any aspect or feature of the Promotion or offered benefits at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the availability of free gifts and/or free gifts already earned and/or the ability to receive free gifts.
