("Dribbleup", "we", or "our") may choose to announce free gifts that customers can get with purchase, as part of our Spring Season Free Gift Promotion (the "Promotion"). We may set a countdown timer on our website to let customers know how much time they have left to be eligible for that particular free gift. Once a countdown runs out of time, a customer will no longer be eligible to receive that particular free gift.

Free gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and customers have no property rights in or to free gift benefits. Dribbleup's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Free gifts cannot be exchanged or returned for other benefits, another product or service or a monetary refund. The free gifts available through this Promotion are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you receive. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of our Terms.
Dribbleup, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Terms, and/or the Promotion or any aspect or feature of the Promotion or offered benefits at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the availability of free gifts and/or free gifts already earned and/or the ability to receive free gifts.
